Roses in Brooklyn

The house across the road on the corner of Congress and Henry, has a real garden, along the length of it, unusual for this city, where gardens are behind houses, if at all...I have never seen anyone in it. Along the wrought iron fence are roses, which bloom despite what appears to be thorough neglect.

They were gorgeous this morning.

Hello Abraham Darby.

Tempting indeed. Snip snip and home you come with me.

Yes, I want more roses. In bigger pots.
