Roof garden spring

Cercis canadensis -redbud, in full bud on the 7th floor, facing west, on the windiest terrace in the world.

Tulips open later here because it is colder up here than down there.

    Indeed. Wait for a frozen terrace. And a high wind. Stand at the north end. Skate to the south end. Try to stop at the rail. Give the housekeeper valium.
