Juneberry syrup

Juneberry syrup, made from the juice that remained after I cooked the fruit for the pie. Topped with sparkling Viognier.

(It would appear that my stone table is not quite level...)


  1. Are you sure the stone table isn't level or have you maybe had too much of the old Juneberry syup??
