Salad leaf pickings and thinnings in a watery sundown. The oak leaf lettuce is going gangbusters and makes the most beautiful salads. The only leaf not being picked yet is the red mustard, sown most recently, though when I nibble an overcrowd seedling the impact of its baby leaves is entirely true to wasabi. Can't wait!
Delicious, I'm sure. But if you never ate a leaf of it, this picture is a winner.Classic!
