Made with the last gasp of red in a leftover bottle of wine, Brooklyn tap water, a scattering of brown sugar, a vanilla bean from Madagascar, bought in Madagascar from a vanilla seller by Marijke, and several grinds of the black pepper mill. Slow poaching, slow cooling. Thick Greek yogurt.
Yummm! Have you tried with a star anise in the mix as well? - really good too. x
