Its too early, no? Its been colder, plus.I've been waiting for my peas to shoot up so I can make my pea shoot and shroom pasta.And when the ramps ramp up, same deal
Yup, too early. But one can only eat so many apples. Would like to see some green!
April brings on the green,soon.
Our Farmer's Market hasn't even sprouted yet...due to open April 18! Fresh cookies, bread, jams...and maybe a few greens and plants...are all that are there for the first month or so usually.
