Just off the wires

We just scored the biggest, bestest haul of oyster mushrooms, ever.  More soon. Be still my beating heart.

I'm waiting for pictures! FYI, if you have more than you can eat, best way to preserve oysters is either drying or saute-ing then freezing. That way you can save some and serve them to your friends...
