I had breadcrumbs left over from the gnocchi I made and sprinkled some on top of the bechamel for this macaroni. Big difference! Made an extra crispy crust.


  1. Between the gnocchi and this, I had to attach a drool cup to my chin... almost.

  2. More gnocchi tonight as I totally overbought ricotta. Maybe with a light, late season tomato sauce?
