Daffodils and a drink
Over at Small but Charming, Ms Jane is hosting a flowerathon. So here, to make up for moaning and self indulgent whingeing about noise, are some daffodils. I love daffodils. The drink actually helps a lot, too. No name for it yet. Bourbon, Grand Marnier, lemon juice. Kind of a Sidecar with a wheel loose. Like me.

A loose wheel is the best attribute one could wish for. It's unsettling, provocative and opposite to a French saying, rubs the cat against its hair.
ReplyDeletePerfect vase for your flowers, and the drink compliments it all so very well.
ReplyDeleteWhew. Between the bedbugs and the construction, it's been one hell of a day at 66square feet.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see the daffodils and the cocktail.
Chin up. This too shall pass.
But not soon enough.
xo J.
Perfect mix for all the noise, Cheers, Marie
ReplyDeleteI love daffodils!! That drink looks good too.
ReplyDeleteJane, I keep this fleeting vision of bed bugs actually attacking construction workers and forcing the project to a grinding halt... Hope keeps us going.
ReplyDeleteAt least you don't have to wait 'til spring to get a drink, unlike the daffs.
