The dandelion diaries

It has been a weekend of dandelions.

Dandelion pie.

Dandelion pickles, with spicebush.

Dandelion stems with miso and grilled chicken.


  1. Yum! We love dandelions sauteed in bacon grease (very little,from1-2pcs) with onions and garlic. Fresh buttermilk cornbread makes a feast! Oh, yeah, crumble the bacon on top.
