I stopped by to check on your awesome photographs and planned to comment on the great color of the benches. Now I read into the other commenters and I believe that congratulations and best wishes are in order! Stay well.
Ms Hound, MIT, Colleen - thank you. Yes, it went well, much more smoothly than I had anticipated. The relief is that for Vincent and me it means that the end is in sight, in terms of living in one place, which we would like to be New York...it's been a long year year apart.
Sigrid- well, the real artist was Martha Shwartz, who designed the coivs in Federal Plaza ;-)
Guy, Jay and the beFuckte - I'm really looking forward to seeing the first two of you and will wear chain mail on my ankles if I must see the third...
Amarilla - thank you...it feels better than I'd imagined :-)
Ms Hound - thank you, Lisa - that's a very nice to thing to say! I and we will ramble on. Maybe we will run into the Hounds on the rambles...Not those Rambles! uh...I'm digressing.
Oh Marie, this sounds like terrific news! I'm sure you are celebrating with Champagne and good food!
ReplyDeleteI take it your interview went well? Indeed, open some bubbly!

ReplyDeleteCheers, Marie! Hooray for weights lifted off the heart!
ReplyDeleteI'm pleased you two chose NY and not Vancouver. I like the idea of you rambling around these parts.
