One woman, 12 seasons, and an appetite for plants
Just gorgeous. Thank you for this pick-me-up before I head out into the slushy Massachusetts snow for a walk with the dog.
Your tables are always so well put together and elegant. Sigh. We eat in front of the tv a lot.
We used to, too. I find - now - that we actually save up things from the day to tell each other over dinner. We talk :-)
Please tell us about those beautiful places, especially the one on the far right with the insects and the bees. Where are they from? Who made them>
Plates? :-) They are enameled tin and they came from the Met Museum shop, a long time ago. I found an eBay link for you: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Museum-Collection-Floral-Tin-Enamel-Plates-26-cm-Picnic-Festival-or-Camping-/251150801724
Enameled tin? Even better -- thanks for providing the link!
Thanks for the lead -- I found the EXACT Duke of Gloucester Tin Plates on eBay and have placed a bid (8 of them). They'd be perfect for dinners on our roof deck (back here in your old Cobble Hill neighborhood).
