How amazing! I've never seen or heard of such here in the heart of Dixie. I 'bout had a heart attack when I miss read the price-- thought the menu read $80! Is the filling sweet, sour or spicey?
Katie - the bun dough itself is a little sweet, and the filling is also on the sweet side, with a hint of Dixie-style pulled pork - caramelized with a hint of anise. When you buy them they are piping hot, straight from the oven.
Hum Bows!one of my most favorite foods. As Marie stated, they are at their best fresh out of the oven/steamer. I've never shared them with Pesto cat, much to her dismay.
