I remember seeing a recipe for tomatoes stuffed with rice which I've made a couple of times and which everyone thought was delicious. However, I can't find that recipe in your list and wonder if I'm remembering incorrectly or if you've removed it.
This is a recipe that has never failed and the tomatoes and rice are always delicious. Since friends are coming for a brunch next month I would very much like to make them again.
