  1. I wonder how the Cassoulet turned out? Roasting pig cheeks and lamb breast in advance, no corner cutting there - Yum. In fact, Yum again.

  2. Rob - I was happy with it, but perhaps I like cassoulet more than most? Fancy beans, really. I'll get round to sorting out the pictures and report on it.
