Gelsemium sempervirens. Carolina jasmine. Sempervirens indeed - having made it through a mildish winter. Deadly poison if you are a tempted and hungry honey bee. All parts of the plant are highly toxic.
Gosh - I didn't know it was deadly poisonous!
