I know that I'd be whipping the secateurs out! Actually, no I wouldn't...because you'd be writing about me on your blog! Is that a Mom sighting? I hope you two are enjoying your time together.
Wonder how they coached these peonies to keep their heads up??? If that is your Mom [or if it isn't], she's a beautiful woman and evidently shares your love of photography.
Ah, look at your mom (right?) shooting away. How glorious that the tree peonies came out for her visit. And I love the peony police. I was shooting in a garden the other day where the head gardener was almost out of her mind with people stomping on plants to shoot rhodo flowers, and cutting corners at the end of walkways. Sadly, she had no police - but she did have a voice!
Although we are only 350 miles apart as the crow flies everything appears so much more forward than the Toronto area.(gardening that is). It gives us something to look forward to.
