Since it's a newish place crammed regularly with two- and three-year-olds in booster seats, I'm not in any danger of consuming this appetizing starter.
in my salad days, back in the Middle Cambrian Era, I worked in a coffeehouse owned and mostly operated by two Lebanese men. In their accents, the vegetable referenced in the sandwich board sounded like "spare goose."
