Witch hazel in winter


It's well-known for doing this, but so pretty to see. Hamamelis mollis blooming in the snow in Brooklyn, on the footpath up to the Brooklyn Bridge.

    Beautiful. And surprisingly, very eatable looking... I immediately thought of deep fried dish with a very sweet sauce, maybe maple syrup... LOL ;-)
