About a week ago, however, Instagram stopped making posts accessible except to those with an Instagram account. I am loath to sign up for accounts on new platforms and leaving additional digital breadcrumbs for God knows what end. But I don't know how much longer I can last without my daily 66 Square Feet fix! So signing up may be the new thing I will be doing.Annnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603107829473043654.post-83100406050465334922020-04-28T13:17:27.243-04:002020-04-28T13:17:27.243-04:00I love the idea of coffee table suppers - like a p...I love the idea of coffee table suppers - like a picnic. I’m making the best of it, and will spread out a bamboo beach mat and some pillows, and always set the table with flowers and candles. Honestly, because everything is so strange and new right now, we are able to have fun with it, and pretend like we are traveling, or at a restaurant. My husband will turn on some kind of background scenery on the TV – a fireplace or rolling ocean waves – so we can “theme” the evening to enhance the feeling of it. It’s a tremendous privilege to be able to treat any aspect of this with such positivity, and we know that, and we are very, very grateful. How is your puzzle coming along? Just discovered your book!...Lovely glad to see you! Just discovered your book! I planted peas and kale varieties in my northern NJ garden. Added sweet peas (the scented variety) as well. It's cold and wet so seedlings should come up. I'm house cleaning constantly and got so tired of it I trained other members of the family (grown kids in their 20's ha!). Husband is excellent at the vacuum. We order groceries from a Bronx food supplier (formerly to restaurants) so are cooking 95% vegetables and loving it. Making Arthur Avenue focaccia from Anne Volkwein's book and it's excellent. From NY Times cooking we are making Sullivan Street no knead bread - easy to do and also delicious. I think people will appreciate the art, beauty and tremendous work home keeping and cooking truly is. And its value to the soul and one's wellness.Halliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05947745623548722787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603107829473043654.post-15836399478288606712020-04-25T12:03:50.880-04:002020-04-25T12:03:50.880-04:00Peeved gardening haiku sound wonderful.Peeved gardening haiku sound wonderful.Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17086277483606295046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8603107829473043654.post-16863541347344251052020-04-25T12:03:11.057-04:002020-04-25T12:03:11.057-04:00Hi Jose - here is the original how-to. Im anything but vegan but given the subtrobical lush vegetation where i live, it makes perfect sense to learn what is edible from all that spontaneous bounty! Lockdown ruined what little social life we had so free time to learn new skills! Unlucky me though, the very first recipe i tried from your book looks zero like described... can you help out? It was the wild garlic marmelade. I have a patch in my garden i use for seasoning and it was overgrown so i decided to start with that. However, dark leaves, red wine and redwine vinagre make for a purple black paste. What did i miss?Belbehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11553976360082662849noreply@blogger.com
