I can imagine why... It's Valentine's day flowers in France ;-) My grand-father used to buy a little tiny bouquet each year for my grand-mother and I believe he did that from 1930 to... 78 ! It's was emotional to see this tall man with a very small bouquet of fragile flowers in his big hands. I believe it's not in fashion any more. B

Oh, I feel the same way about violets, and have white czar violets in my yard. Why-o-why do some folks call them "weeds?"
